All of our apparel is made to order. Because each item is created specifically for you, please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, orders are typically delivered within:

• United States: 3-7 business days
• Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Behind The Plate Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
